I ask a lot of questions and ADR Construction answered all my questions. decided to try out my 2 toilet floor grout first. Harun is very meticulous and took great effort to check the grout. He will remove the ones not acceptable to his standard and redo it. My 2 toilets took almost 12h because my toiets are wet and became challenging for Harun but he delivered with excellence. really thankful!

Abdul and his team are very professional but yet, very flexible to my request. A lot of questions from me were duly answered by Mr Abdul and he also gave very professional advices when I wanted something but not practical. The photos uploaded was the work of his team. Really badly done clear epoxy over our kitchen floor… redid our flooring as there were some cracks in our epoxy layer but ended up with an epoxy layer that is 10x worse. Only some parts of the old epoxy was removed, resulting in an uneven surface with many cracks and uneven areas. After removal of some of the old epoxy at one of the corners, some dirt fr the kitchen cabinets fell on the ground and the worker didn’t even clean it off before putting the layer of epoxy over so now the dirt is just well embedded beneath the epoxy. There were also bits of random pieces of dirt under the epoxy layer? The worker also came pretty unprepared. Asked for a spare pail to mix the paint when he came, which we had to search high and low for. He also asked for a fan to blow the ground dry and asked for newspapers to dry things… The staff I was contacting said the epoxy would be done and dry in 4 hours… I rechecked this with him to confirm and he confirmed it again. On the day itself, it took 4+ hours to complete the first layer and another 3+ to complete the second (WITHOUT IT DRYING).. so it took more than a day. It is our first time doing this kind of flooring so we didn’t know what to expect either but had to make a last minute decision to relocated our young children to another place that night due to the harmful chemicals fr the wet epoxy. —- edit to initial one star review —- Abdur eventually helped to coordinate some rectification works to remove the cracks and food/random items under the epoxy layer. Can see where the rectification works were done but final product was much better than the original works. It was probably the best that they could have done and for that I am grateful. Nonetheless, we are still really puzzled how the works could be done so badly the first time. After reporting about the bad works, they first offered to redo the full works with added polishing at full cost as the main option for us. We were again very confused and were definitely not keen for that option. Honestly there were quite a bit of language barrier/ miscommunication. Abdur really tried his best to help with the rectification works (in which we are grateful). but the whole experience and inconvenience and stress on us (having to move out of the house twice for the works to be done twice) was just really an unpleasant experience.
I am glad that I engaged Abdur for the polishing of my homogeneous tiles. He is really responsive and he and his team did an excellent job! The price quoted is fair and reasonable. I strongly recommend him and will definitely engage Abdur again for another job!
